This Fall Samsic Assistance Caraïbes is celebrating its 10th anniversary!
Time flies, 10 years have passed since Samsic started providing full handling services at Pinte-à-Pitre airport in Guadeloupe. For a decade now, Samsic Assistance Caraïbes teams have been dedicated to their mission: providing the most comfort of thousand passengers in the Caraïbbean. This year, 4500 flights have been operated by our 150 agents.
Guy Roulleau, Samsic Group CEO, and Bob Cejovic, Samsic Assistance CEO were pleased to celebrate this birthday with those who have highlight ed this adventure. From hurricanes to presidential visits, these years have been eventful, as we have been through goods and challenging times together.
The evening was the opportunity for directors to honor the employees, who are the main reason for our success. Certificates of recognition have been awarded to service managers. Mrs. Franco Suzanne and the Passenger team were recognized for delivering the perfect customer experience, Mrs. VINGUIDASSALOM Claire Aline and the flight operations team were rewarded for their exemplary punctuality, Mr. WURTZ Fabrice, Mr. RICHARDSON Pierre and their Ramp team for their quality of service and Mr. MELIZER Marvin and the Baggage complaints department for their responsiveness to various issues.
