Confirmation of HUB SAFE's CSR commitments
As part of its voluntary CSR approach, HUB SAFE, a Samsic Airport subsidiary, ensures that: human rights and the principle of non-discrimination are respected in all forms; a responsible and transparent governance at all Company levels is applied; working conditions which adhere to employee wellbeing are created. HUB SAFE fully contributes to respecting and protecting the environment and reducing its carbon footprint.
After the audit, actions such as enforcing stakeholder consultation, adding CSR to Company processes, reducing work-related accidents and improving employee working conditions were clearly highlighted.
HUB SAFE's score of 77/100 increased to 80/100 in 2019 for its CSR performance; confirming its "Excellent" grade which was awarded in 2016 based on its Safe & Go solution. This level of maturity is the highest in the rating scale and underlines the integration of ethical principles and responsible choices in the Company's organisation.
