Samsic HR, Samsic Group's Human Resources Division, is pursuing its international development strategy through the acquisition of Italian firm Infor Group S.p.A.
Samsic HR provides companies with comprehensive Human Resources management support, which includes talent sourcing, training programmes, recruitment, temporary employment, mobility, consulting, and professional coaching.
Through the Infor Group S.p.A acquisition, Samsic HR is expanding its European footprint and pursuing its ambition of becoming a leading European Human Resources specialist. Sergio De Pasquale, Infor Group S.p.A General Manager, will remain at the helm of the company and will retain a significant stake in business activities.
"This acquisition will enable Samsic HR to position itself in one of Europe's major temporary employment and recruitment markets. Infor Group S.p.A offers customised HR solutions, from applicant sourcing and selection, to training programmes in its IG Academy. The acquisition will guarantee visibility for Samsic HR throughout Italy; Infor Group S.p.A's agency network spans the most economically active parts of the peninsula and a range of business sectors, such as banks and insurance, pharmaceutical, logistics, retail and industry.

As of next week, Infor Group S.p.A. will change its name and will become IG Samsic HR S.p.A.
