There are several reasons why we chose Quatre Épingles. The first is their business DNA: they are “digital natives,” in much the same way as we are “services natives.” The concierge service is essentially a gateway, offering a wide range of fully-integrated services between workplaces and their users. We were looking for a fully-mobile digital platform that would be interoperable with our physical services.
Quatre Epingles is a services facilitator, and its role goes well beyond acting as a middleman: the company operates within the heart of the staff community, accessible at any time, from anywhere. This partnership represents a superb opportunity to forge a hitherto missing link between the user and the service provider.
