After the acquisition of ISS Facility Service in Portugal, the Samsic Group strengthens its presence in the Iberian Peninsula with the acquisition of SERVICIOS INDUSTRIALES REUNIDOS, S.A.U. (SIRSA) in Spain.
Already operating in 27 countries, Samsic stands as a leading European player in integrated business services for companies. Since its creation in 1986, this French group has been pursuing its ambitions and developing its offer not only in France but also worldwide.
With the acquisition of SIRSA, the SAMSIC group which has been operating in Spain since 2006 achieves a turnover of 200 million euros in the Iberian Peninsula.
Samsic now ranks among the top 10 facility management companies in Spain, with 5,500 employees, 12 regional offices and a head office in Madrid. The group is particularly well implanted in the Balearic Islands, Catalonia and central Spain.
The Samsic group also widens its scope of activities and becomes one of the multiservice leaders in the Spanish market.
