On the September 1st 2018, Samsic Handling Dominicana became Aerodom's exclusive service provider. Aerodom is a VINCI Airports Group subsidiary and employs almost 500 staff in airport handling services - aircraft towing and push back, loading/unloading and baggage transfer, aircraft cleaning services - and assistance for people with reduced mobility at Santo Domingo and Puerto Plata airports in the Dominican Republic.

Since the Company began operating in September, the teams' attitude and the quality of the services provided have been proven time and time again. Samsic Handling Dominicana has been audited around a dozen times by airlines and has received scores between 97% and 100%. These excellent results are mainly due to the monitoring of daily services: pre-flight briefings which include safety instructions; activity analysis by internal auditors to ensure compliance to procedures; and monthly reporting and meetings with airlines to discuss processes, etc. Regardless of regulations in force and imposed levels of requirements, the teams ensure that they deliver high-quality services in line with the Group's standards of excellence.
