Samsic's acquisition of Technic’Art Drone, a firm specializing in providing technical and industrial services using drones, confirms the Group's commitment to integrating new technologies and increasingly innovative customer solutions to its offers. Samsic's addition of Sam'Drones to the Group's activities won third prize in the 2019 Europropre Exhibtion for the #Service category.

Improve our services with new technologies

The new skills generated by Sam'Drones are cascaded throughout Samsic Facility units. By using the latest equipment, Sam'Drones offers innovative approaches for a range of services such as: elevated high-pressure cleaning for facades, windows and rooftops; technical and thermographic building inspections; 3D modelling; site security; and events.

Our testimonials

"With this new acquisition, Samsic will strengthen its position as business services leader and offer our customers innovative and agile solutions to provide the highest levels of human safety on sites which are often difficult to access. This venture confirms our concrete ability to rethink our business activities and innovate with our customers by using new technologies”, said Guy Roulleau, Samsic Group General Manager.

The new subsidiary is part of the Samsic City hub. "I'm delighted to be involved in this new and highly-promising business activity. Numerous applications are made possible with drones, and we have already made great R&D headway by adding artificial intelligence to solutions. We have set up a showroom at our Créteil site where we organize demonstrations for our current and potential customers" added Bertrand Castagne, Samsic City General Manager.

Going further

Sam'Drones' most spectacular innovation is a mobile high- and low-pressure unit which was exclusively created with Vivien Consulting. Unassisted, this type of drone can perform high-pressure spraying and cleaning tasks at 130 bars, at a height of over 40 metres and at a temperature of 90°c.

The use of drones in sensitive areas is a solid advantage in terms of health and safety at work, as potential accidents are considerably reduced.

Numerous partnerships are currently under perusal and operations are already underway.
