On 11 June 2019, Samsic Group's German subsidiary became Samsic Germany: a name change fully in line with the Group's international development strategy.
Epex provides Facility Management, cleaning, security and landscaping services and employs a workforce of around 2000 people in Germany and Austria. A strong unit of the Group is the Winter services with presence all over Germany and Austria.
Samsic Group's acquisition of Epex in June 2017 enabled the Group to offer activities to new markets in Germany and expand its service portfolio.
Two years later, on 11 June 2019, Epex consolidated its allegiance to Samsic Group by becoming Samsic Germany and Samsic Austria. The name changes are fully in line with the Group's strategy to create synergies and expand internationally. This transformation means that Epex Group will be able to develop its expertise and offer, whilst continuing to offer its flexible services which are greatly appreciated by its customers.
The Samsic Germany and Samsic Austria announcement was accompanied by Epex’s rebranding - workwear, vehicle markings and business cards, etc. - in harmony with Samsic Group's visual identity. The launch of Samsic Germany and Samsic Austrias' new websites was the highlight of the total overhaul.
