The Samsic Group Purchasing Department has rolled out Toucan III, an innovative cleaning solution, on a European level. Centrego created the water- and salt-based product which is activated by an electric current. The product reflects the concept of activated water and fully meets the Group's environmental objectives.
A project supporting the eco-design of high-performance products
This system means that it is no longer necessary to use almost six chemical products for an optimal result. The solution provides unparalleled ecological and economic performance and was deployed thanks to Robin Turner, a water sector expert, with whom Samsic shares the same ambition to support the eco-design of high-performance products.
This development came to us directly from our English subsidiary, Regent Samsic, which has already been using activated water for several years and which currently has more than 700 Toucan III power stations and high-capacity power stations. The product is now the preferred choice, after having been quite simply put to the teams as a replacement of traditional products, for the benefit of people and surfaces.

Going further
The challenge now is to assist the implementation of this new concept in our customer ecosystem. One thing is certain: activated water is gaining popularity during Samsic team demonstrations. In under three months, several hundred Toucan III have already been ordered and the Samsic Group Purchasing Management Team receives nearly one order per day.
